Site Engineer – Civil (Construction)

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Site Engineer – Civil to manage residential villa projects from inception to handover. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and monitor detailed project timelines and micro‑schedules.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.
• Control project budgets and ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Enforce construction quality and safety norms on site.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular client updates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably with PMC exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with individual villas and independent residential houses only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in high‑rise, tower, PWD, or road projects disqualifies candidates.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to prepare detailed micro‑schedules and BOQs.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel.

What we offer

• Maximum salary of Rs. 35,000 per month plus food and allowances.
