Site Engineer – Civil (Chennai & Virudhunagar)

About the role

Sun Infraa Trends Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Site Engineer (Civil) to join its on‑site team in Chennai and Virudhunagar. You will be responsible for overseeing residential villa projects from inception to handover, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with architects, contractors, and engineers on individual villa and residential house projects.
• Prepare detailed micro‑schedules and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for each site.
• Monitor construction quality, enforce safety norms, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to clients.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and support cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management for residential villas or independent houses (PMC experience preferred).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to prepare micro‑schedules and BOQs.
• Good documentation and client coordination abilities.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS‑Excel.
