Site Controller

About the role

As a Site Controller for Givaudan's Flavours division, you will partner with the Head of Operations and Regional Operations Controller to provide financial support, performance management, and internal controls across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support site management in developing business plans, forecasts, and cost‑saving initiatives linked to month‑end close.
• Analyse monthly KPIs, identify variances versus budget, prior year and outlook, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage annual budgeting, periodic costing activities, and detailed product‑cost analysis (COGS).
• Prepare and deliver financial reports for regional and general management, including ad‑hoc analyses.
• Participate in mid‑to‑long‑term planning and special projects, providing overall financial guidance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision‑making.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial finance environments.
• Proactive attitude, capable of driving improvements and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
