Site Controller

About the role

As the Site Controller for Flavours at Givaudan, you will provide financial support to the Head of Operations and the Regional Operations Controller, ensuring effective performance management, budgeting and internal controls across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support site management in developing and analysing business plans, forecasts and cost‑saving initiatives linked to month‑end close.
• Prepare ad‑hoc and proactive analysis of monthly KPIs, interpret financial data and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage annual and periodic costing activities, product cost analysis and COGS evaluation.
• Coordinate the site’s annual budget process and contribute to mid‑to‑long‑term planning.
• Collaborate with Division, Operations and Commercial Controlling functions and provide financial input for strategic decisions.
• Oversee financial reporting for the manufacturing facilities in Pune, Daman and Roha, supported by a local cost controller.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial results and drive improvements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive attitude, capable of working independently and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior management.
