Site Controller – Flavours

About the role

The Site Controller – Flavours will provide financial support to the Head of Operations and the Regional Operations Controller. You will be responsible for performance management, budgeting, internal controls and reporting across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support site management in developing business plans, forecasts and cost‑saving initiatives linked to month‑end close.
• Analyse monthly KPIs, interpret financial data and provide predictive insights for decision‑making.
• Review site cost variances versus budget, prior year and outlook, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage annual budgeting, product costing and COGS analysis, supporting long‑term financial planning.
• Partner with site and area managers to improve key performance indicators and drive financial performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial controlling for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and challenge yourself daily.
