Site Civil Engineer – On‑site Projects (Chennai & Virudhunagar)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to manage residential villa projects on‑site in Chennai and Virudhunagar. The role is full‑time and involves overseeing each phase of construction from design to hand‑over, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare micro‑schedules, BOQs and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to align expectations.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in PMC.
• Experience limited to individual villas and independent residential houses.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety norms.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to prepare detailed micro‑schedules and BOQs.
• Basic computer skills and good command of Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Maximum salary of Rs 25,000 per month plus food and allowances.
