Site Civil Engineer

About the role

Sun Infraa Trends Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Site Civil Engineer to work on‑site in Chennai and surrounding locations. You will be responsible for driving residential villa projects from inception to hand‑over, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of individual villa and independent residential house projects.
• Coordinate daily with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and micro‑schedules.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards, safety norms and legal regulations.
• Communicate progress and issues regularly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (PMC preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with individual villas and independent residential houses only.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety norms.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer/MS‑Excel skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred; candidates from high‑rise, tower, PWD or road projects are not eligible.

What we offer

• Maximum salary of Rs 25,000 per month plus food and allowances.
