About the role
Satwik Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee daily office and showroom operations, ensuring a smooth visitor experience and efficient coordination with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and showroom operations.
- Coordinate showroom staff and welcome visitors.
- Track customer enquiries, quotations, orders and pending follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with sales, accounts, administration and operations teams to keep activities on schedule.
- Maintain records, reports, correspondence and other routine documents.
- Ensure the showroom is well presented and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and escalate matters requiring management decisions.
Required profile
- Experience in office administration, showroom operations or team coordination (preferred).
- Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable using email and spreadsheets and preparing routine reports.
