About the role
The Showroom Executive is the first point of contact at HomeLane’s Experience Centre in Whitefield, Bangalore. This junior position ensures smooth day‑to‑day showroom operations, focusing on delivering a welcoming customer experience while providing essential administrative and facility support.
Key responsibilities
- Greet walk‑in customers, register visits and manage appointments.
- Coordinate with designers and sales teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain showroom ambience, comfort, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and internal documentation.
- Handle basic filing, data entry, expense tracking and internal reporting.
- Maintain registers and checklists as per SOPs and support internal audits.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors; raise service requests and monitor closures.
- Manage pantry, stationery and showroom supplies.
Required profile
- Graduate or diploma in any discipline.
- 0–1 year experience in administration, front‑desk or showroom roles.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Organised, dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
