Services Support Associate – Event Registration (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Services Support Associate will join the EOX Registration team to deliver end‑to‑end event registration solutions for internal and client‑facing programs. Working closely with sponsors, meeting planners and clients, you will ensure a smooth registration experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, manage and maintain registration sites for a variety of events.
• Collaborate with sponsors and planners to define registration requirements, site design and attendee experience.
• Handle attendee communications, resolve site and service issues, and coordinate special requests such as housing and attendee changes.
• Extract, format and deliver standard, customized and ad‑hoc registration reports; support post‑event reconciliation and attendance tracking.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across multiple simultaneous meetings while contributing to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in meeting registration support, events, hospitality, technology, marketing or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment.
