Service Technician – Elevator Maintenance

About the role

Otis is seeking a Service Technician to join its elevator maintenance team in Sitra, Bahrain. You will be responsible for keeping elevators and escalators operating safely and efficiently for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on elevators and escalators.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and execute corrective actions on site.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service tasks.
• Collaborate with the technical team to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in elevator or escalator maintenance.
• Ability to work onsite in Bahrain and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical standards.
