Service Sales Manager – Bangalore/Chennai

About the role

We are looking for a Service Sales Manager to lead aftermarket and retrofit business for Bosch Rexroth India, serving customers in Bangalore and Chennai. The role focuses on growing the service portfolio, retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones while collaborating with engineering and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate aftermarket (spares) and retrofit business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Retain existing customers and prospect new accounts.
• Apply strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
• Identify customer needs and propose engineering adaptations of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Compile sales reports by collecting, analysing and summarising sales and application data.
• Utilise the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
