Service Sales Engineer – Mobile Hydraulics

About the role

As a Service Sales Engineer you will drive business development for mobile hydraulics machines across road construction, mining and concrete sectors. You will manage the full aftermarket sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop service business for mobile hydraulics equipment (road construction, mining, concrete machines).
• Generate leads, present proposals, negotiate and close aftermarket service contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Provide technical service consultation and support to customers.
• Lead service marketing and promotional activities for the aftermarket.
• Collaborate with internal service organisations and other departments to deliver seamless solutions.
• Gather market intelligence, analyse competition and define strategic plans.
• Monitor market trends and allocate resources to meet cluster objectives.

Required profile

• Dynamic professional with strong interest in hydraulic mobile machinery.
• Good understanding of the Indian aftermarket for construction and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
