Service Lab Account Manager – Kerala

About the role

The Service Lab Account Manager will promote laboratory diagnostic services, tests and kits across Kerala, building strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres and laboratories. The role focuses on driving sales of critical‑care products, launching new offerings and achieving territory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share for Critical Care products in the assigned region.
• Launch new critical‑care products across hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage and develop key accounts including corporate hospitals, multispecialty centres, government institutions and diagnostic labs.
• Build relationships with super‑specialists in infectious diseases, oncology, nephrology and intensive care.
• Coordinate with marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field (essential).
• MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (highly preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience with diagnostic labs, MNCs or top Indian pharma companies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Experience in hospital/institutional sales, product launches and working in Kerala is preferred.
