Service Engineer – Pharma Manufacturing

About the role

ACG is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver high‑quality field support for its pharma processing and packaging equipment. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving aftermarket revenue, and creating business opportunities across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional on‑site customer service for installation, commissioning, qualification, and maintenance of processing & packaging machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot quality‑related issues in the field.
• Deliver training to customer personnel on equipment operation and upkeep.
• Collaborate with overseas engineering, manufacturing, local sales, and operations teams.
• Support internal stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote aftermarket services, including maintenance contracts, spare parts, and machine upgrades.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork, reports, and feedback after site visits.
• Identify sales leads and communicate them through the CRM platform.

Required profile

• Legal work authorization for the region.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and occasional international trips for onboarding and training.
• Valid passport and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
