Service Engineer Owner – Integration Platform

About the role

The Service Engineer Owner will ensure business continuity and operational excellence of BASF's Integration Platform. Based at the Digital Hub in Hyderabad, you will support the stable, transparent, and governed operation of enterprise integrations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Guide development and operations teams on change, incident, and lifecycle management of the platform.
• Act as the operational owner for the Integration Platform, handling go‑lives, transports, security configurations and documentation.
• Manage platform configuration, runtime alignment and certificate/security material management.
• Provide 2nd‑level incident resolution for critical integrations and proactively maintain platform stability and availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in integration platform operations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, Edge Integration Cell).
• Experience maintaining SAP Process Orchestration (PO) production environments.
• Knowledge of SAP API Management, SAP SLT and SAP Data Intelligence (or willingness to learn).
