Service Engineer (CEB)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our Construction & Mining Machinery division in Bangalore. The role involves providing technical support for CEB equipment across India, ensuring optimal performance of the S‑360 system and related field service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with zonal teams to resolve S‑360 issues and ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions on the S‑360 platform for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the PWC team to implement updates and enhancements to S‑360.
• Provide solutions using the Field Service Management (FSM) system to all zones.
• Manage all‑India service operations for CEB equipment, including travel to various sites.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Automobile Engineering (DAE).
• 3–4 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in construction or mining equipment.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Required skills

• S‑360 system operation and troubleshooting.
• Field Service Management (FSM) tools.
• General computer proficiency.
