Service Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Service Delivery Specialist ensures day‑to‑day IT support for users in the Netherlands, acting as the main liaison between IT and the business. The role also contributes to IT project preparation, implementation and documentation, guaranteeing transparent and efficient communication.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, phones, scanners and software such as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level help‑desk support for end‑user equipment and applications.
• Coordinate with centralized teams (servers, storage, network, security, applications, database) to resolve dependent issues.
• Manage Intune rollout and mobile telephony equipment for Switzerland.
• Perform on‑site activities at the Geneva HQ and Safehost datacenter.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all IT assets and conduct regular checks.
• Monitor and process ServiceNow tickets to keep backlog near zero and meet SLA targets.
• Participate in IT projects (e.g., VoIP, Intune) and BEA team meetings.
• Escalate critical incidents to senior management and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT support or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and desktop support processes.
• Experience with hardware installation, software configuration and ticketing systems.
