Service Delivery Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Service Delivery Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end cloud migration and modernization initiatives across multi‑cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). Based in Noida with a hybrid work model, you will partner with executive stakeholders, engineering teams and vendors to drive large‑scale transformation programs that accelerate cloud adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the program roadmap for cloud migration and modernization across GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, status reporting and decision‑making processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of architects, engineers, DevOps practitioners and business analysts across multiple workstreams.
• Track and report program health (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality) to senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Define and execute migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire, retain) and oversee infrastructure assessments and cloud readiness evaluations.
• Coordinate migration waves, cut‑over planning and ensure minimal‑disruption transitions for critical workloads.
• Manage relationships with hyperscale partners (Google, Amazon, Microsoft) and third‑party migration tooling vendors.
• Champion cloud‑native modernization initiatives such as containerization (Kubernetes, GKE, EKS, AKS) and microservices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale cloud migration or modernization programs in a multi‑cloud environment.
• Strong program governance and stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate to C‑suite executives.
• Technical acumen across GCP, AWS and Azure, and familiarity with cloud landing zones, networking, IAM and security controls.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
