Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is looking for a Service Delivery Manager based in India to own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered platform implementations for customers across EMEA and APAC. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as the primary delivery contact, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own project plans, schedules, milestones and critical paths for 8–12 concurrent implementations, including data migration, SDK integration and go‑live readiness.
• Leverage AI tools (Von, ClickUp) for proactive reporting, meeting preparation and automated status updates.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, create Salesforce opportunities and manage services metrics to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants, Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, CSMs, Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and align delivery with customer success plans.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of project/program management experience in SaaS, martech or digital services, managing 10+ simultaneous implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as APIs, SDKs, webhooks, data pipelines and frontend/backend architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with project‑management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana) and building automations within them.
• Commercial awareness including SOW review, services scoping and revenue tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing meetings and stakeholder management across EMEA/APAC time zones.
• Comfortable using AI assistants and automation platforms in a professional context.
