Service Delivery Manager

About the role

ETAP is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of RDSS/ADMS projects for utility and grid customers. You will be the single point of accountability for project quality, schedule, and technical compliance, working closely with engineering teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle of RDSS/ADMS projects in utility environments.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, distribution automation standards, grid codes, and contractual quality requirements.
• Review and validate engineering deliverables such as SCADA/ADMS architecture, ETAP power‑flow/short‑circuit studies, protection coordination, communication network designs, telemetry integration, and automation logic.
• Identify risks or non‑compliances and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients and vendors, leading review meetings, handling escalations, change requests, and technical queries.
• Represent the organization in FAT/SAT, compliance audits, and project acceptance reviews.
• Coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager and internal teams to align delivery with engineering outputs.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in utility operations, power distribution, grid automation, and SCADA/ADMS systems.
• Hands‑on experience with RDSS/ADMS project delivery and technical compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage client and vendor interfaces and resolve technical issues.
