Server – Fine Dining

About the role

The Frame is a multi‑level dining concept in Delhi’s Lodhi Art District that blends food, art and storytelling. We are seeking a polished, guest‑focused Server to deliver refined service in a luxury hospitality setting. The role involves creating personalised experiences for every guest from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and impeccable hospitality etiquette.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, seating and table allocations efficiently.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients and service sequence.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle VIP and regular guests with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, table presentation and ambience.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Support the team during peak periods while maintaining composure and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine‑dining, luxury hotels or premium restaurants.
• Strong understanding of fine‑dining service standards and etiquette.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, well‑groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑end hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of food and beverage concepts (preferred).
