Server and Cloud Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Server and Cloud Administrator to manage and optimise our Windows Server and cloud environments. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, upgrade and maintain Windows Server systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows Server environments.
• Administer Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, monitoring and security.
• Provide Linux server administration and troubleshooting support.
• Support AWS infrastructure and related cloud services as needed.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability and security.
• Handle incident, problem and change management activities.
• Perform backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery operations.
• Troubleshoot OS, application, connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with networking, security, application and other infrastructure teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to enterprise IT standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Windows Server environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
