SEO Specialist – Organic Search Strategy

About the role

The SEO Specialist will design, implement and optimise organic search strategies that boost visibility, drive qualified traffic and generate leads for our clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical health, content relevance and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search opportunity assessments.
• Optimise website architecture, metadata, internal linking and on‑page content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawlability and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Implement structured data and SEO best practices across the site.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to improve organic performance.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of SEO experience in a digital agency, consulting firm or in‑house marketing team.
• Proven track record of measurable improvements in organic search performance.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
