SEO Specialist

About the role

Shipturtle is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to boost organic visibility for its multi‑vendor marketplace SaaS platform. You will translate search intent into measurable business outcomes such as leads, demo bookings, and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover high‑intent opportunities that drive qualified conversions.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, solution pages, and product pages for search performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, site‑speed, and performance issues.
• Monitor and improve SEO metrics including rankings, traffic, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
• Build and manage content clusters, internal linking strategies, and SEO‑driven content plans.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify new organic growth opportunities.
• Support customer marketplaces with SEO audits, recommendations, and growth insights.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of technical, on‑page, off‑page, and content SEO.
• Proven ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about organic growth.
