About the role

Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to boost organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation for its IT and SaaS offerings. The role combines technical SEO, content optimisation, and data‑driven analysis to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings and qualified traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new ranking opportunities.
• Optimise website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for search engines.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve site issues, and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, crawlability and indexability.
• Create internal linking structures and implement white‑hat off‑page link‑building campaigns.
• Write and optimise SEO‑focused content such as blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
• Track, monitor and analyse performance metrics using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO, preferably within B2B, SaaS, IT services or AI product environments.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
