SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our fast‑growing D2C solar brand. You will lead the optimisation of our e‑commerce platform and content assets to boost organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals, including competitor analysis and growth opportunity identification.
• Perform on‑page optimisation for website pages, blogs, product pages and landing pages, managing meta data, schema markup, internal linking and keyword integration.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexing, site speed and Core Web Vitals, and coordinate implementation with developers.
• Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO‑friendly copy and oversee link‑building campaigns, monitoring backlink health and domain authority.
• Maintain SEO roadmaps, track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO for e‑commerce or consumer‑facing websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with developers, marketers and product teams.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• On‑page SEO techniques (meta tags, schema, internal linking).
• Technical SEO (site audits, speed optimisation, Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, canonicalisation).
• Keyword research and content optimisation.
• Link‑building strategies and backlink analysis.
