SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to own and scale search engine optimisation across our agency and internal product portfolio. You will design systematic processes, manage execution, and deliver measurable organic growth while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop keyword strategies, maintain trackers and prioritise pages based on business impact.
• Create content calendars, write briefs, review drafts and manage the publishing pipeline.
• Own on‑page optimisation for new and existing pages before launch.
• Continuously improve existing pages to boost rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Design and manage sustainable backlink acquisition programmes.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions; produce monthly SEO performance reports.
• Conduct competitor research to uncover content gaps and emerging trends.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance SEO research, content creation and workflow automation.
• Document repeatable SEO processes, SOPs and quality standards to enable scaling across products and teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on‑page and content SEO, with working knowledge of technical SEO.
• Experience managing content writers or freelancers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to own projects independently.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in an agency environment, scaling SEO across multiple brands, and familiarity with Shopify, Webflow or WordPress.
