SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

SocialPilot is seeking an SEO Specialist to accelerate organic growth for its B2B SaaS platform. The role will focus on increasing qualified traffic, trial sign‑ups and demo bookings through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at boosting organic traffic and conversion rates.
• Perform keyword research, clustering and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages and product content for search intent and conversion.
• Create detailed SEO content briefs and work closely with writers and the content team.
• Conduct regular SEO audits covering technical, on‑page and internal linking aspects.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and funnel performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Support content refresh initiatives and identify AI‑driven search opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to improve organic performance.
• Build reports and dashboards to track SEO KPIs and assist in backlink and authority‑building efforts.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, technical and content SEO.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend optimisations.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and execution focused.
