SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth for SaaS Marketplace

About the role

Shipturtle, a fast‑growing SaaS platform that powers multi‑vendor marketplaces, is seeking an SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives. The role focuses on improving visibility, driving qualified traffic, and converting visitors into leads and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high‑intent opportunities that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, solution pages, and product pages for search performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and performance issues.
• Monitor and improve key SEO metrics including rankings, organic traffic, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
• Build and manage content clusters, internal linking strategies, and SEO‑driven content plans.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify new opportunities for organic growth.
• Track website performance using SEO and analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support customer marketplaces with SEO audits, optimization recommendations, and growth insights.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of technical, on‑page, off‑page, and content SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and organic growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience working closely with content, design, product, and development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about organic growth.
