SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth for B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to boost organic visibility, website performance, and lead generation for our B2B SaaS platform. You will collaborate with content, development, design, and marketing teams to execute data‑driven SEO strategies that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quarterly/annual SEO roadmaps aligned with growth objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and map opportunities to the buyer journey (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
• Optimize on‑page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema) for existing and new content.
• Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Support link‑building initiatives, monitor backlink health, and disavow toxic links.
• Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions; build dashboards using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align organic and paid keyword strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
