SEO Specialist (3-4 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for our websites. You will own the full SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content strategy and link building, while adapting to the rapidly evolving search landscape, including AI‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategy covering technical audits, on‑page optimization, content planning, and link acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high‑intent opportunities across the funnel.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured‑data issues.
• Brief and guide content creators to produce useful, differentiated assets that earn visibility.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, reporting SEO impact on business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust tactics proactively.
• Explore AI‑driven search formats (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and shape our approach.
• Communicate SEO recommendations clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, canonicalization, site migrations, Core Web Vitals, structured data).
• Proven on‑page optimization and content‑led SEO strategy.
• Real‑world link‑building experience (outreach, digital PR, HARO).
• Ability to translate SEO data into business‑focused recommendations.
• Understanding of E‑E‑A‑T principles and practical application.
