SEO Manager – Healthcare, AEO & GEO Specialist

About the role

Skillmate Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead comprehensive SEO strategies for healthcare clients, including clinics and hospitals, with a focus on technical, local, AEO and GEO optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple healthcare clients, covering on‑page, off‑page, technical, local and healthcare SEO.
• Manage Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) optimization for clinics, hospitals and doctors.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and implement AEO and GEO tactics to improve visibility in answer engines and AI‑powered search.
• Perform technical SEO audits, address crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema and site architecture issues.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads and conversions using GSC, GA4 and other SEO tools, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers and account managers to ensure SEO best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record in healthcare SEO for clinics or hospitals.
• Ability to independently own SEO projects, manage multiple client accounts and work onsite in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regional Indian languages is a plus.
