SEO Executive (Search Engine Optimization)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive to join our Kolkata office. The role will focus on improving organic visibility, conducting keyword research, and leveraging emerging GEO and AI‑driven search technologies to boost brand discoverability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement on‑page and technical SEO strategies, including site structure, metadata, internal linking, indexing, and page optimization.
• Develop and execute off‑page SEO and link‑building campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
• Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) tactics to improve visibility on AI‑powered search platforms.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and AI visibility, reporting performance metrics.
• Analyze data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics to uncover trends and performance gaps.
• Perform regular SEO and GEO audits, recommending actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline; digital marketing certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Basic English communication skills, especially in writing.
• Familiarity with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging GEO practices.
• Ability to prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
