SEO Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SEO Executive with at least one year of hands‑on experience in search engine optimisation. The role focuses on improving organic rankings, driving website traffic and supporting the content team with SEO‑friendly material.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs and content.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering site speed, indexing and crawl issues.
• Assist the content team in creating SEO‑friendly articles and pages.
• Build and manage backlinks using ethical link‑building practices.
• Track, analyse and report performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven SEO experience (agency or in‑house).
• Knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website structure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
