SEO Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven SEO Executive to join our growing marketing team in Bengaluru. The role combines organic SEO work with the management of paid social media campaigns, supporting our B2B digital marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute organic SEO strategies, including on‑page optimization, keyword research, link building, and content alignment.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage the LinkedIn company page, including content publishing, audience growth, and sponsored campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Support A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.

Required profile

• 1–1.5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in organic SEO (both on‑page and off‑page).
• Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical mindset with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced startup environment.
