SEO Executive – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Executive with 1–3 years of experience to lead organic growth for our brands. The role focuses on strategic SEO execution, technical optimisation, and staying ahead of AI‑driven search trends.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO plans, including keyword research, competitor analysis and content optimisation.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Maintain SEO trackers, timelines and performance reports.
• Conduct technical audits, monitor crawlability, indexing, redirects, broken links, sitemaps and robots.txt.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed and overall site performance.
• Manage backlink outreach, maintain anchor‑text trackers and build niche outreach databases.
• Participate in client meetings, support pitch decks and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console and major SEO tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or Webflow.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
