SEO Executive – Assistant Manager (2-4 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic SEO Executive to join our digital team at HDFC securities in Mumbai. The role focuses on driving organic growth for our financial services platforms through strategic on‑page and off‑page optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.
• Lead SEO projects including keyword research, backlink analysis, competitor monitoring, content audits and gap analysis.
• Plan and schedule digital content to ensure consistent traffic growth.
• Analyse site traffic data to identify optimisation opportunities and improve rankings.
• Increase domain and page authority by acquiring high‑quality backlinks.
• Coordinate blogger and influencer outreach and manage premium content syndication.
• Maintain and optimise Google My Business/Google Business Profile listings and local citations.
• Prepare ad‑hoc and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
• Continuously review existing pages for SEO improvements and provide strategic insights.
• Stay updated with search engine trends and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of SEO experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and local SEO techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and commercially focused.
