SEO Executive – 1-2 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented SEO Executive to join DigitalDC’s digital marketing team in Bangalore. The role focuses on improving organic visibility for D2C and e‑commerce clients through data‑driven on‑page and technical optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Execute on‑page SEO optimisation, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure and image optimisation.
• Optimise website and blog content for rankings and user experience.
• Handle basic technical SEO tasks such as indexing, redirects, sitemap updates, page‑speed checks and broken‑link audits.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Support off‑page SEO activities, including backlink research and tracking.
• Prepare SEO reports, keyword trackers and performance insights.
• Collaborate with content, design and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
