SEO Associate

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Associate to drive organic search growth, improve website visibility, and strengthen our digital presence. You will collaborate with content, marketing, product, design, and development teams to boost search rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search‑intent analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage on‑page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, and image optimization.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Identify and resolve SEO issues in partnership with development and product teams.
• Design and implement off‑page SEO and link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Work with content teams to create SEO‑focused briefs, topic clusters, and optimization plans.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools.
• Track competitor strategies, algorithm updates, and emerging search opportunities.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience developing and executing SEO campaigns.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, technical, and content SEO.
• Familiarity with search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable analyzing large data sets daily.
