SEO Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SEO Associate to support our search engine optimisation efforts and drive organic growth across multiple client accounts. The role offers exposure to keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, website audits and off‑page activities in a hybrid work setting based in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Research and evaluate relevant websites, blogs and publications for collaboration.
• Maintain SEO trackers and databases to support ongoing campaigns.
• Assist in on‑page optimisation, including meta titles, descriptions, headers and internal linking.
• Support content optimisation and perform basic SEO audits.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement recommendations.
• Execute outreach campaigns, manage relationships with publishers and monitor backlink profiles.
• Conduct backlink audits and remove low‑quality links.
• Track website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Support SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or related activities.
• Strong research, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
