SEO Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior SEO Analyst to join Lantern Digital’s team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on improving organic search performance through technical audits, optimization, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and prioritising issues beyond tool‑based findings.
• Analyse crawl behaviour, optimise robots.txt, sitemaps and internal linking for efficient indexing.
• Manage website indexation, resolve indexing errors and implement proper canonicalisation.
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to enhance speed and user experience.
• Implement JavaScript SEO best practices and troubleshoot rendering issues with Chrome DevTools.
• Deploy advanced schema markup to boost rich‑snippet visibility.
• Analyse server log files to detect crawl errors and optimise bot interactions.
• Implement and maintain hreflang tags for multilingual targeting.
• Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Monitor key SEO metrics, generate performance reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably agency side, with a proven record of driving results for large websites.
• Portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about Google algorithm updates.
• Excellent written communication skills for client‑ready documentation.
