SEO Analyst

About the role

You will make organic search the channel that brings the next ten thousand companies and candidates to Qureos. Qureos transforms hiring from a months‑long process into a days‑long one using AI agents that source, screen, message, and interview candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Run technical SEO audits (crawls, indexation checks, log analysis) using GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Semrush, and collaborate with engineering to fix identified issues.
• Build and improve programmatic SEO templates for job pages, deciding which pages to create, keep, consolidate, or prune, and ensure they index, rank, and convert at scale.
• Develop content strategies around search intent, create briefs, and review content for E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL compliance.
• Track Qureos visibility across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and monitor Google core and spam updates.
• Translate SEO requirements into clear PRDs and tickets, work closely with product and engineering to ship improvements, and QA changes before release.
• Partner with product, design, sales ops, and growth teams to propose solutions, shape the SEO roadmap, and identify emerging search opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant SEO experience, preferably on high‑scale B2B or SaaS websites.
• Strong background in technical SEO, content/on‑page SEO, and programmatic SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Familiarity with Google core and spam updates, and E‑E‑A‑T/YMYL principles.
• Ability to write PRDs or technical tickets for engineering teams.
• Experience measuring SEO performance with analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI/LLM scripting or automation within SEO workflows is a plus.
