SEO, AEO & AI Content Specialist

About the role

We are building an AI‑powered healthcare publishing platform that turns expert clinician interviews into thousands of SEO‑ and AEO‑optimised articles. As the SEO, AEO & AI Content Specialist you will shape the research, optimisation and publishing pipeline from the ground up, helping the platform launch and scale rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct SEO and AEO research, including keyword and patient‑question analysis using Semrush.
• Structure content to rank in Google and appear in AI‑generated answers such as Perplexity, ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
• Transform clinician interviews into multiple content formats – patient‑question articles, specialty explainers, comparison pieces and educational pieces.
• Identify high‑value search opportunities and cross‑pollinate insights across clinicians.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, structuring, formatting, optimisation and workflow while maintaining editorial quality.
• Publish 15+ articles per day with correct metadata, internal linking, structured data and clinic backlinks.
• Maintain and evolve the content architecture as the catalogue grows beyond 1,000 articles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven ability to rank sites within 8‑12 weeks.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, launch‑phase environment (six‑day weeks).
• Strong interest in AI and experience using AI‑generated content tools.
• Self‑starter who can own outcomes without micromanagement.
