Senior Zuora Developer

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Senior Zuora Developer to design, build, and maintain billing solutions on the Zuora platform. You will collaborate with Billing Operations, Salesforce, Workday, and other engineering teams to digitise the customer journey and enhance integration across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and optimise existing Zuora configurations, including product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, workflows, and collections.
• Design, develop, and maintain customisations using ZOQL, Zuora APIs (Orders API, Orders Harmonisation), and AI capabilities.
• Build reusable workflows, data queries, reports, and automation for billing operations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Workday developers to maintain seamless integrations.
• Own sandbox environments, resolve BAU tickets, incidents, and provide L1 guidance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Zuora Billing and CPQ modules, including product catalog, order management, rating, global payments, and reporting.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex incidents, communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and drive preventive improvements.
• Strong background in data modelling, integration design, and conducting design workshops.
