Senior Web Designer (UI/UX & Branding)

About the role

A full-time, remote (work from home) senior web designer position based in India, with 10-12 years of professional experience in website and digital interface design and a strong agency background. The role is hands-on: leading UI/UX direction across multiple client projects, turning complex briefs into design systems and guiding design quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of website layouts, UI systems and user journeys across projects
• Turn business goals and brand positioning into visual and UX solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Define and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Ensure strong UX thinking across navigation, flows and conversion paths
• Handle several client projects at once with clear prioritisation
• Collaborate with developers, content teams and project managers, and review designs before handoff
• Mentor junior or mid-level designers when needed and keep brand consistent across digital touchpoints
• Occasionally handle print or marketing collateral, and use AI-assisted design tools

Required profile

• 10-12 years of experience in web and digital design
• Proven agency experience across multiple client brands and industries
• Strong portfolio of UI/UX-driven website projects
• Responsive, mobile-first design and ability to defend design decisions with logic
• Ability to work independently remotely, manage parallel projects and cover standard agency hours

• Expert Figma (primary design platform)
• Adobe Creative Suite

• Nice to have: CRO/performance design, HTML/CSS awareness, SaaS or product web platforms
