About the role
We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Executive to manage the storage and handling of finished goods and raw materials in compliance with cGMP standards at our pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper storage of finished goods and raw materials according to cGMP norms.
- Enter and maintain inventory data in SAP S/4HANA and the eWMS system.
- Control inventory of packing materials and coordinate with production, QA, QC, engineering and planning teams.
- Dispense and issue batches for manufacturing, manage in‑process containers and support timely batch releases.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety compliance and environmental, health and safety activities.
- Handle disposal, write‑off and documentation of rejected or LRN materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory movements and transactions.
- Support EHS initiatives and ensure timely completion of related tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience using an electronic Warehouse Management System (eWMS).
