Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Vice President to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function within the Office of the CFO. Based in Pune, you will drive strategic financial insight, governance and automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management accounting activities, including internal reporting, expense analysis and support for planning and forecasting.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for senior finance leadership.
• Analyze key financial results, identify performance drivers and provide clear variance commentary and actionable insights.
• Manage enterprise expense reporting and allocation to ensure financial transparency.
• Partner with controllership, business finance and other stakeholders to align reporting outputs and analytical approaches.
• Drive transformation, process improvement, simplification, standardisation and automation of reporting and accounting activities.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, identify trends and improve forecasting.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent advanced degree/certification.
• Significant experience in management accounting, FP&A or related finance functions.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams in complex, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and data quality expectations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the organisation.
