Senior Territory Executive – Sales

About the role

Drive sales of school books and digital learning solutions, build strong customer relationships, expand market reach, manage distribution channels, and achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets while effectively using CRM tools and market insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote school books and LMS solutions into schools through consultative selling and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers using a customer‑focused approach and effective communication.
• Identify potential customers and drive market penetration using business development and market intelligence capabilities.
• Negotiate terms and close sales with channel distribution partners employing strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue, and collections by driving results and applying business insights.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably a professional diploma in marketing management.
• 2–8 years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication, marketing and selling abilities with enthusiasm to quickly understand the academic publishing market.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and a results‑driven mindset.
