Senior Technician – Plant Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Technician will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation of critical utility and plant equipment at our manufacturing facility. This role involves both reactive breakdown repairs and proactive preventive maintenance to support continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment such as Gelatin Melters, medicament preparation vessels, encapsulation machines, shorting and inspection machines, blister pack machines (BQS), pumps, chillers and air compressors.
• Record operational parameters and maintenance activities accurately in the log book.
• Ensure compliance with basic GxP requirements during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial plant maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and write English for documentation purposes.
• Attention to detail and strong record‑keeping habits.
